Personal Data We Process

Recipients and Processors

• Komashi acts as a platform service provider and data processor for the provider where platform operations require access to hosted service data.
• Configured payment providers or payment processors may receive the data necessary to execute and confirm payments.
• Configured invoicing providers may receive the data necessary to issue invoices and accounting records.
• Hosting, infrastructure, storage, email, and operational tooling providers may receive limited data strictly necessary to deliver the service.

Retention

• Account, billing profile, and subscription data are retained while the customer relationship is active and thereafter as needed for contractual, support, or dispute handling purposes.
• Invoice and accounting records are retained for the statutory period applicable to the provider.
• Support, notification, payment event, and security log data are retained according to operational and security retention needs, then deleted or anonymized.
• Where deletion is requested, the provider may retain limited data if required for legal claims, fraud prevention, or mandatory compliance purposes.

International Data Transfers

If the provider, Komashi platform, or an active subprocessor uses infrastructure or subcontractors outside the EEA or the customer jurisdiction, transfers may occur only on an appropriate legal basis, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
