Service Scope

• The provider offers subscription, package, addon, and one-time service items as displayed in the provider space and checkout flow.
• Plan previews, addon selections, billing profile inputs, and checkout selections form part of the ordering flow.
• Service availability, pricing, activation timing, and included features depend on the provider configuration shown at the time of order.

Contract Formation

• The contract is initiated when the customer completes checkout or a provider-admin initiated checkout flow and submits the order.
• The order may be confirmed through payment, callback confirmation, manual verification, invoice flow, or other configured provider logic.
• Self-service flows, including magic link based access, may allow the customer to manage an existing contractual relationship without creating a separate new agreement.

Pricing and Billing

• Prices, currency, and plan structure are shown in the provider space and checkout interface.
• Recurring and one-time items may appear together, and invoicing follows the provider configuration and selected payment or invoicing method.
• Invoice issuance, tax handling, and billing records follow the provider legal and accounting setup.

Subscription Lifecycle

• Subscription start date, renewal timing, upgrade or downgrade handling, and cancellation behavior follow the selected plan and provider configuration.
• If trial periods are offered, their duration and conversion logic are determined by the provider setup displayed in the relevant flow.
• Customer self-service and provider-admin actions may both affect subscription state where the service design permits it.

Payment

• Payments may be handled by third-party payment providers configured by the provider.
• Failed, reversed, or unverified payments may delay activation, renewal, or continuation of the service.
• The provider may pause, reject, or terminate service access where payment is overdue, reversed, fraudulent, or otherwise non-compliant.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate billing, contact, and account information.
• Protect account credentials and any self-service access links made available to the customer.
• Use the service lawfully and refrain from abuse, fraud, circumvention, or unauthorized access attempts.

Provider Rights

• The provider may suspend or restrict access for fraud, abuse, legal risk, non-payment, or other material breach.
• The provider may update service operations, flows, integrations, or pricing where allowed by law and the customer relationship.

Cancellation, Withdrawal, and Refunds

Cancellation, withdrawal, and refund handling depend on the provider service model, applicable mandatory consumer law, and the specific plan or order context. Unless a stricter statutory rule applies, the provider refund and cancellation logic follows the customer-facing service and billing flow shown before purchase.

Liability, Governing Law, and Complaints
